    Setting-Up Your New CGAZ.COM Account

    Setting up Microsoft’s Outlook Express

    1. If you have not already done so, launch your Internet Explorer browser by clicking or double clicking on Internet Explorer icon.
    2. In the right, top of the screen you will see a button that says Mail. Click this button and select Read Mail.
    3. This will launch the Internet Mail Connection wizard. Click Next to begin.
    4. In the first option box enter your name as you would like it to appear in your email, family, and colleagues. You can enter just about anything in this field.
    5. In the next field enter your email address. You must enter the username you selected plus @cgaz.com. Your email address should be all one word and all lower case. Here are some examples, info@cgaz.com, service1@cgaz.com, jsmith@cgaz.com. Click Next.
    6. In the box labeled My incoming mail server is a, select POP3 server type. Below you will be asked to enter the Incoming Mail (POP 3 or IMAP) Server. Enter the word cgaz.com into this field.
    7. The Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server should also read cgaz.com. Click Next.
    8. In the next window select the first option; Log on using username and password. Enter the username and password you selected in the appropriate box. Click Next.
    9. You will now be asked for a friendly name with which to organize your related email. Click Next to select the default.
    10. In the option group that appears select the first option to connect to the Internet with your modem. Click Next.
    11. Click Finish.
    12. You will now be asked if you want import any previously existing email messages and address books. Click Next to import.
    13. To change any of these settings, select Tools from the menu bar and then click Accounts. Then select Mail.
